Released as part of the 2021 Country Collection, with each cask showcasing Bimbers award winning single malt spirit with the unique profiles derived from a variety of different cask types. This particular release was finished for approximately 12 months in an ex Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. Only 168 bottles
