Domaine Ciringa Podravje Sauvignon Blanc Pruh 2018 CRV5 Fermentation: wild yeast with riverPruh means quarry, and that is more or less what the parcel is: near pure limestone, the hardest ground on the Ciringa hillside. It is Domaine Ciringa's flagship, a single cask selection bottled only in years when the wine earns it. The first vintage was 2015, which sat 66 months on its lees before bottling; 2018 is only the second release. Everything is done the slow way here, on a steep hill above the Slovenian Austrian border: organic and
