The midpalate is creamy, with a medium mousse and tiny bubbles. Flavors suggest pomegranate, blood orange, pink grapefruit, Pink Lady apple and buttery brioche, with Himalayan salt on the finish. At this point, we are reaching for more with a meal or not.
