Phelan Farm, Cabernet Franc & Malbec "Nithya" Massa Vineyard, Monterey, California 2021 lowintervention musk and liquorice notes completeThis is a Touraine inspired blend of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Malbec. The grapes were fermented separately whole cluster in stainless steel tanks and then blended immediately after pressing. The wine was then aged for eight months in neutral oak barrels.
