Aged for 3 years or more in barrels of mixed wood. Romano Levi, the 'angelic grappa maker' was just 17 when he took over the family distillery. Using the same equipment and hand crafted production process, he has become one of the most famous 'grappaiolo', not only for his grappa but also his delightful hand drawn labels.
