J W BENSON HIGH GRADE 18 JEWEL CHROME AND STEEL GENTS ENGLISH WRISTWATCH astral The dial lacquer is slightlyThis high grade J W Benson is rather unusually housed in a regular chrome topped steel backed BWC case. The dial is the Smiths best type with solid gold dial markers. The movement is in clean condition but doesn't keep time as far as I know. The movement has been serviced but the hairspring may have been shortened. I have attempted to compensate for this but time will tell whether it gains or not. The case diameter is about 31. 6mm. The Thickness is
