Passopisciaro Etna Rosso Passorosso 2024 PET-NAT but the family's roots sit100% Nerello Mascalese from 100 year old vines in the contradas of Arcuria, Malpasso, Favazza, Guardiola, and Fuedo di Mezzo. The vineyard sites are between 1,500 and 3,300 feet above sea level. Fermented on the skins for 15 days in stainless steel vats, then the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in large oak barrels for 18 months.
