This is a shallow soup or pasta bowl. On the rim of the bowl is the text Kanzlei des Fhrers which of course means that this saucer is from the RK, or Hitler's Chancellery, officially known as the Kanzlei des Fhrers der NSDAP or the "Chancellery of the Fhrer of the Party". The bottom of this saucer is nicely marked for Johann Seltmann
