Artist’s Rooms: Lala Rukh Art Jameel and Dylan MiraThis bilingual publication features a text by Saira Ansari* on the work of Rukh and the influence of the percussive scheme of Hindustani classical Taal on her work. Drawn largely from the Art Jameel Collection, Artists Rooms is a series of solo exhibitions by influential, innovative artists, with particular focus on practitioners from the Middle East, Asia and Africa. These capsule shows are collaborative and curated in dialogue with the artist.
