Newcastle Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 3 Fonteinen A bold and unique ideaThe distillery say: A tangy twist on the original award winning Newcastle Gin, devised and created at our commercial distillery within the ancient Newcastle City walls at Bealim House, Gallowgate to create a classic full strength gin with great flavours of Rhubarb and Ginger. It takes over seventy two hours for us to lovingly create our light oral gin using a combination of age old distilling techniques, including maceration and vapour infusion
