Spontaneous Coolship Beer spring cleaning The 2020 edition of MotleyTo commemorate the 4th anniversary of our friends Revel Cider we brewed a collaborative beer with them to mark the special occasion. This is a unique one, made with freshly pressed Georgian Bay Red Prince apples, spontaneously inoculated in our coolship, and then fermented and aged in oak for a year.
