On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused yellow grapefruit and lemon blend with notes of nectarine pit. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with a grilled chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomato.
