2022 Central Otago Pinot Noir Size:Bottle the Place of Changing WindsHand sorted and gently destemmed (10% whole bunch), uninoculated ferment. Aged 12 months in barrel followed by 9 months in concrete and wooden cuves. Vibrant ruby hue. Lifted cherry, spices and florals on the nose.
