Canta oh diosa de la colera Alexis Duque 2016 Acrylic on canvas26 xErnesto Deira was born in Buenos Aires, in 1928. Together with Jorge de la Vega, Romulo Maccio and Luis Felipe Noe, they became the founding fathers of The New Figuration, one of Argentinas most groundbreaking art movements. He took part in a 1966 exhibition, organized by Cornell University, at the Guggenheim Museum, and the following year he received the prestigious Fondo Nacional de las Artes Award, in Argentina. In 1977, he moved to Paris with his
