all of a sudden the clouds started to give way showing Freedom Tower

however with that there was also the challenge of the tripod sinking in the wet sand

Christmas Lights in Boise Presentation:Matted As I waited for theDecember is the time of year where displays of Christmas Lights dot the landscapes of cities. While I was in Boise, Idaho I took some photographs of the state Christmas Tree at the state capitol of Idaho. In addition to some images of the tree and the capitol building, I also zoomed in to the holiday lights and played with the focus to get the above effect for the image.
