Pali Wine Pinot Noir Riviera 2019 skus_5263144 Our Brut is beautifully balancedRiviera is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from two vineyards in the Sonoma Coast AVA: Pali's vineyard in the south eastern corner of the AVA, and a small, family owned vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA (a sub AVA within Sonoma Coast). This wine is fermented in small lots, punched down up to three times daily during fermentation, then barrel aged in 30% new French oak for eight months.
