Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves guiding clients through the lettings process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering any queries from potential tenants.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including pricing trends and new listings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and appealing for marketing purposes.
  • Organise and manage appointments, ensuring an efficient schedule for viewings and meetings.
  • Provide clients with a first-class service in all aspects of referencing, contract set up and move in (COMPLETIONS) advice and guidelines in line with company service level agreements and regulatory body guidance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail in documentation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Commission pay

Licence/Certification

  • (clean) UK Drivers licence (required)
